For starters, my box was damaged. I ordered a few other items that came with this item which were perfect so part of me feels like I received a returned or damaged item. The mouse itself looked fine. Slightly smaller than I expected but no big deal. The included charger was weak when trying to charge it. I also couldn't tell if it was charging or not as the light on it went on and off. The area where your pinky sits isn't covered by the black grip surface, which is a bit distracting. But I was still okay with them. I made it The next level of "confusion" was the USB chip that comes with the computer and where you store it on the mouse itself. The mouse doesn't fit. It's too thick and difficult to remove when it's time to use it. It also felt cramped when trying to connect it to a computer. The obstacle is that stupid sleep mode that the mouse goes into when you're using it. If you stop using it for even a few minutes, the damn thing basically turns itself off EVERY TIME for lunch and then stops to wake up and get back to work. it was for me It looks good, feels ergonomic and worked well, but ultimately I wouldn't recommend it. I am sorry. :(
