Review on 🤲 DonJoy UltraSling IV: Enhancing Shoulder Support and Comfort by Darnell Nahabet

This is a really fantastic sling. I ordered this before my second rotator cuff repair. It solves so many problems I encountered on the other shoulder the first time. Not only does this sling shift the weight of my arm to the side of my neck, which can be pretty awful after a few weeks in a sling. This strap distributes the weight of the arm between the side pocket, waist/hip and the opposite shoulder. it's brilliant This strap keeps the forearm and elbow in a protected, padded socket. Even the thumb strap is soft. Other reviews say the straps are incredibly long BUT they are very easy to shorten. Rounded Velcro straps are fully detachable on either side of the shoulder straps. You can then cut off the excess length of the strap and reattach the Velcro. My only advice is to do it sparingly - you can always cut more if needed. After I cut and adjusted the straps they fit perfectly and supported the arm/shoulder as comfortably as you can imagine.
