This is a really fantastic sling. I ordered this before my second rotator cuff repair. It solves so many problems I encountered on the other shoulder the first time. The sling turned out to be MUCH better than the one they gave me after surgery. Adding a strap under the armpit of the opposite arm is incredibly helpful. The buckle system is much easier to put on and take off than the simple double velcro system of the included sling, which made a big difference as the frequency of putting on and taking off the sling increased.
