How tight is too tight?

Undecided on this shoe - still wear it at home, worried about the fit and thinking about returning it. I ordered 13M but I really need a wide one (out of stock). I will say they look good. My wife says that too. But if they end up feeling uncomfortable, they must return.

Pros

These shoes look and fit well and are reasonably priced (sorry). Excellent purchase!

Cons

Lack of durability. The construction of skateboarding shoes may not be strong enough for regular skateboarding or heavy use, which can result in shoes needing to be changed frequently.
