Review on Alicegana by Damon Blazis

I was eager to check out Alicegana because I usually purchase for clothes, shoes, and accessories online. The whole issue with this internet store has been a huge letdown for me. To begin, there is the website's overall complexity. It's difficult to find what you need because of the layout's chaos. I tried narrowing my results to just women's shoes, but was still shown a variety of styles designed for both men and kids. When I found a pair of shoes I liked, I placed an order, but I was disappointed to receive the wrong size. I bought a size 8 in the shoes, but they were so little that they barely covered my foot. I was already frustrated when I tried to return them. There were a lot of hoops to jump through and I had to foot the bill for shipping myself when I had to send something back. The useless nature of Alicegana's customer service only added insult to injury. I experienced excessive wait times and unhelpful service agents when I called for help with my order and refund. Nothing was resolved to my satisfaction, and I was left feeling irritated and unfulfilled. For the most part, Alicegana is not a store I recommend visiting. The website is difficult to navigate, the size is off, the return policy is a nightmare, and customer support is unresponsive. Don't bother, just go somewhere else.
