To ensure that these Toptheway brushes were tested on three different models of Sonicare handles, it was almost impossible to attach (put on) and detach (take off) them. I was afraid I might damage our expensive Sonicare with an improperly designed $2 nozzle. My wife could not force this brush to be installed on her Sonicare. It took 11.8 pounds to install and the same to remove. Toptheway claims their design is fully compatible with Philips Sonicare snap-on brush handles. Toptheway brushes will NOT break like Sonicare brushes. The brushes are held in place by rough friction. Folks, this is not how a properly designed brush should fit. Toptheway made an error in sizing and tolerances and/or failed to account for plastic shrinkage when molding the brush body. How can a company promote and sell a product with such a bad design? A properly designed brush should snap and snap easily. Please take a look at my attached photo as it clearly shows the power of installing 4 different brush head designs on my Sonicare. For comparison, you can see how affordable Toptheway's 2021 design is. My last purchase was WEQNNM which works great. Unfortunately, the Toptheway brushes sold in 2020 were of high quality and very similar to the OEM Sonicare brushes. Toptheway decided to increase its profits and go cheap in 2021. The Toptheway brushes went in the trash. Thank you Revain for my return.
