I have the "Wired/XLR" version which is basically the same as the wireless version except it comes with a built in preamp adapter that converts it to XLR. So it can be used with the wireless package if needed. The mic sounds amazing, especially for the price, and it's comfortable. Shure quality is hard to beat. The ONLY issue I really have is that they only do it for the left side of your face - it can't be switched and they don't do it for the right side. However, I quickly got used to it. It went straight to the rehearsal on Friday and the show on Saturday. I usually play drums and sing on backing vocals - maybe a solo or two BUT for this show and this band I sing solo and play all kinds of Latin percussion (conga/timbales) and move around a bit like all it is very energetically - and the thing surprisingly stayed in place. great microphone. happy.
