Ideal for muscle recovery during exercise

Great post workout blend. My husband had discomfort (muscle pain for more than a day) after each workout, even though he trained once every few days. I heard about using this product from a friend and she was right - he saw an improvement after the second use. My husband uses it mainly as a post workout recovery drink and it has brought him many improvements. Now he no longer complains about muscle aches after training, and even the smallest amount helps with regeneration. He uses it pre-workout when planning a longer workout or long-distance run. Very glad I heard about it.
