I received and used them today. They are easy to clean and easy to use. They come with helpful and easy-to-follow instructions. I had a smaller set, cups and a pump set. I like the silicone set better. This is the type that my physical therapist recommended for my treatment. They have a lot of suction power. They are easy to adjust even after you put them on. They are easy to use for oil massage. I am very happy with them. This is a solid set, I think it will last a while. The perfect kit to add to my pain relief toolbox.
