In short if you clean your nuts regularly and buy this to continue cleaning regularly, this product should work well and make things easier to work with a sponge. In my case I have a 2010 Subaru Forrester and I haven't cleaned the lug nuts in 3 years so there was quite a bit of greasy dirt in there. The suds on this brush just wasn't hard enough or abrasive enough to get the job done, it removed about half the dirt. It claims to remove "greasy dirt" but it didn't do that in my case, so I'm giving it a star for that. I'm giving it another star because the foam sticks together with use, see the solution to another reviewer who mentioned using glue to hold the foam in place. Everything else works fine. I hope I can wash the dirt off with something else and use that for grooming.
