Review on Noiseblocker ITR XS 2 BlackSilentFan XS 2 by Mitch Warner

I used this to replace the stock fan in my TiVoBolt. I bought it with the TiVoBolt because I heard the stock fan was noisy. When I got my TiVoBolt, the fan wasn't noisy at all (i.e. I couldn't even hear it from more than a foot away), but it didn't cool the system very well. After replacing the fan with the NB XS-2, the ODT (chip temperature) dropped from 72°C to 62°C while the fan stayed completely silent as far as I can tell.
