I like that it's always easy to see how many leads you are currently generating so that no one can say, "You're just lucky you got 50 leads today!" or "My boss told me not to do this." I dislike that it doesn't show the number of visits generated per week. And I dislike that it takes longer than necessary for the system to process your leads once they have been filtered through your criteria. Make sure that you test all the features of the software before purchasing because there are hidden features (like lead filters) that make the product more valuable if you know about them. We used it to track the amount of traffic we get from different sources. It tells us when we need to upgrade our website to better meet the demand of people looking at our site. It keeps us honest. The ability for my team members to create reports with ease of use, as well being able to have multiple views/formats available makes this software easy enough that any member can do it! I wish there were more options in terms or customization (like using colors). There are many times when you need something simple like creating an email list but all your coworkers know how hard it should be so they just give up because its too difficult - not anymore!!
