Review on 🍞 Progressive International Sugar ProKeeper Bread Storage: Your Solution to Fresh & Moist Breads, 1 Piece by Simo Ramsey

Finally found suitable containers for all my baking ingredients. This sugar holder is one of several Prokeepers I've purchased over time after being happy with the first flour holder I bought. All come complete packages with the content they are intended for. No more storing extra 1/4-1/2 bags because they don't fit. They are airtight, transparent, easy to open, easy to grip and fit together perfectly. I'm an organization nut. I love these containers. Today I have 5 prokeepers; flour, sugar, powdered sugar and 2 brown sugars. As soon as my budget allows I will be ordering more for different flours and a smaller size for baking powder etc. If anything could be better I would suggest giving the sizes on the short side of the bins. I store mine short sides out so they're easier to grab and store. But that's a detail of the miners, I still agree with them. UPDATE 12/04/2016: Regarding Brown Sugar Keeper, as some other reviewers have mentioned in their reviews, I am currently having issues with the stone. The stone attached to the keeper not only whitens the sugar, it also creates hard clumps of sugar. I replaced them with the brown sugar rocks I used before I bought these guardians. I no longer have this problem and my only comment is that the stones that come with the holder are of poor quality. I deduct a star for that.
