Review on πŸͺ‘ SPACE Seating Big and Tall AirGrid Ergonomic Managers Chair with Adjustable Arms and Padded Mesh Seat - Gunmetal Finish Base, Black by Manjola Abrom

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Big AND big, not big OR big. Those under the age of 6 should look elsewhere. - Updated 1/15/19, then 1/18/19

Yes. I put "and" in "big and big". It goes with this chair. Second, I have nothing to do with this company or this chair, I'm not a bot and I don't get paid, but I will laugh. I read a lot of reviews and Neil McLaughlin closed the deal for me (I agree with everything he said in his review - thanks Neil). I bought this chair and it's been sitting in my house for about an hour now and I LOVE it The longest part of the whole building process (seriously) was going to the garage and getting my 5mm T-handle allen key 16 screws, 5 press rollers and a press. - Install pneumatic cylinder. Full disclosure: I'm mechanically inclined, but assembly only took about 6 minutes. This item is RELIABLE. Die-cast aluminum base, metal parts about 3/16 inch thick and all solid. You know like it's rated for 400 pounds or something. When I first sat down in the newly assembled chair, the angels sang. This is the best and most comfortable office chair I have ever sat in and as a person who spends a lot of time at my desk, it will change my world. Now that my 5ft 8in (5ft 8in) tall wife was sitting in it (the lowest position), her toes could touch the floor but not the soles of her feet. dangling like a child. The moral of the story is that this is a BIG AND TALL chair, not "big OR big". If you are under 6 feet, DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. It won't suit you. If you are tall and fat, you may find that the backrest resistance is a little tight, but I don't know, eat a sandwich or something. your pick list. PS - In the time it took me to write this review, my back is doing better. ****UPDATE 01/15/19**** Unfortunately I had to deduct two stars from my original rating. Everything I said in my review above still stands, but the cylinder mysteriously fails - like a lever adjustment is constantly twitching, so you get up, it goes up, you sit down, it goes all the way down. Haven't tried contacting the company to see what can be done but even with this issue it's still a really comfortable chair - my personal ergonomics are in the process of being reset. ****UPDATE 1/18/19**** I called the manufacturer and found that they have a lifetime warranty on the air cylinder, steering mechanism, base and casters. Within 20 seconds they told me I needed to email them for a free cylinder and mechanism replacement. I emailed as instructed and two days later the replacement parts were at my door. Excellent customer service! Now I have a chair that is like new so I've adjusted my rating again - back to 5 stars.
