The ability for you as an admin user (or even just owner) can see how many hours are put into each task so far this month vs last year it really helps when troubleshooting issues with clients if they want some time off take them away from work! You cant use your own calendar in-app which was difficult sometimes but overall not much else I dislike about smarters stats app itself - easy UI & reporting system would be great though :) So we have been able check our timesheets easily using their simple interface without having any problems at all since implementing several months ago now!
