UPDATE: I originally gave this product 3 stars as it is an acceptable quality product but with some issues. However, I have been contacted several times by the seller offering me a refund to change or remove my rating. See below for my actual rating of the product, but due to the seller's dishonest behavior I cannot trust the honesty of the reviews for this product or other products from this seller and am changing my rating to 1 star. The product looks well made and has plenty of ports, but there are a few issues: when using it with a Macbook, the adapter only supports a single monitor output, even though there are 2 HDMI and VGA ports. If you connect multiple monitors to this adapter, they all just mirror each other and are not extensions like you probably want. This isn't really the product's fault, as the Macbook Pro (I have a 2018 model, although I think other models have the same problem) doesn't support multiple display outputs from a single port. I just found that the product description was a bit misleading in that regard. Second, charging a Macbook through this dock doesn't work as well as charging directly. If I'm doing something intensive in terms of data processing, the battery will actually drain slowly if I try to charge it (e.g. plug an OEM Macbook charger into the dock's charging port) while plugging the charger directly into the Computers, it will still charge.
