I bought them as "home shoes" which is a little more than a slipper. Something I could wear around the house and also in the garden to let the dogs out. Slippers/outdoor slippers if you like. They are doing very, very well BUT they have left black marks on the tile/hardwood/linoleum throughout the house. (I bought the black ones, which have a black sole. It also seems to have a white sole.) As a result, I was banned from wearing them anywhere in the house. So a big failure as "home shoes".
