I'm a medical student and we need to use an iPad for everything (including exams) so I really needed a case to protect my iPad. I bought 3 other cases (and spent about $200) before finding this one and it FINALLY has all the features I was looking for! No more switching between different cases for different functions (no one has time for that). I've had this case for about 5 months and it's perfect. It's very strong and durable - still looks pretty new (if I brush off the dog hair). I bought the purple and I really like it because it's thin. It's not a boring black or brown case, but it's not overly bright either. Features I love: - 360 degree rotation - The groove above the keyboard allows you to stand on the iPad (in landscape or portrait mode ) without the iPad slipping off (this has been a problem with other cases I've bought where the top of the iPad slowly falls back onto the table). The iPad fits snugly in the groove. The iPad can be placed either horizontally or vertically (ie landscape or portrait) - You can fold the iPad over the keyboard to lay it flat (perfect for writing and drawing) so you don't have to take it out of the case - Bluetooth rechargeable - keyboard ( It's not detachable, which I like, but some people might prefer magnetic detachable keyboards. I like that they're attached so my wrists don't press against the keyboard when I'm typing. Also, I can't remember when I last charged the keyboard (but that was a few months ago and it's still working. I'm not even sure where my charger is.) - Synthetic C-leather exterior offers great protection and always looks clean - the iPad is easy to remove for cleaning (in some other cases it took me almost half an hour to pull the iPad out again because as soon as I put a When you pull out a corner and move to the next, the first corner snaps back into place. and don't worry, the iPad is easy to remove, but it will NOT fall out on its own) - the elastic strap provides extra security for the iPad in transit - very cheap price (some brands cost $100 or more for a lower product!) The only possible downsides I can think of (but that doesn't bother me): - the keyboard is NOT backlit - there is only one angle option to set the ipad up, but I think the angle provided is perfect. I never wanted it to be from a different angle. it was good for taking notes, studying, writing, drawing, watching videos, etc. - the inner material is a fabric (something like felt) that dog hair loves to cling to (but dog hair doesn't stick enough to the outside of the case, luckily) , but to be honest, my dog hair sticks to literally everything, so I'm used to it, and finding a dog hair-resistant case wasn't a priority from the start - there are multiple color options. not in stock but I think the company could afford to offer a few more, maybe a few pastels. All in all a great case! I highly recommend it! I think I'll get myself a rose gold one for next school year. A very happy customer!
