I saw that they were considered fake for lululemon tracker shorts and I had to agree. They look pretty much the same save for a few details, but the fabric feels a little cheaper, but not in a way that I'm afraid of. I bought the XL and it fits as expected compared to other shorts of the same size. There is no drawstring waist so this is a relaxed fit but is comfortable to just walk in or relax in. The fabric was opaque and I found the inseam was closer to 4 inches and the fit was quite high on my torso.
