Review on bswift by Keith Desjarlais

I like that BSWIFT is very easy to use, it's intuitive! It also has many different options so you can customize your platform depending upon what type(s) of insurance coverage/plan types are in place at any given time (i.e., HMO vs PPO). There isn't anything I dislike about this software - everything seems just fine with me as far as functionality goes. If there was one thing I would change or recommend improving from my experience using their product thus-far, perhaps adding more features related specifically to managing claims? We currently have an employee benefit plan where we offer health care plans through our employer which include dental & vision services along w/ life insurances offered by Aetna Insurance Company; however, each year when open enrollment rolls around employees may choose whether they want these same coverages available during COBRA renewal period OR if not renewing under current contract then switching over into another carrier.
