I usually buy Duck brand packing tape from Walmart. It costs about $10 for 8 rolls. However, this is almost half the length of this Adhes tape (55 yards/roll for Duck and 100 yards/roll for Adhes). In addition, Duck brand tape is only 1.6 mil thick. This adhesive tape from Adhes is 2.7 mil thick. So if you rip it apart, the cost can be negligible when buying equivalent rolls of Duck brand tape versus Adhes brand tape. However, I like to have 2.7 mil tape. Also, this tape is very sticky. Therefore, considering the thickness and adhesive properties, you use less tape (compared to the Duck brand). This saves you money in the long run. And it fits a standard size belt gun. So there is a big plus. Oh, and it doesn't smell like duct tape. Overall I like this product very much. If you're looking to buy packing tape in bulk, this is an article you should definitely consider.
