This computer came to me very quickly as I am a major customer. After plugging it in and setting it up I was blown away by the lightning speed and NO SLOWDOWN in all the apps I run. I'm a gamer on the Steam Game website and with this new computer all the games I used to have on my old i3 HP laptop stopped stuttering and ran effortlessly. And the graphics card has made games more beautiful than ever. Play Age of Empires or Civilization VI games on this thing and you'll love it. Email is fast, video apps are fast, etc. I wish it came with Bluetooth so I can connect to those things, but all I have to do is go to the store to buy an inexpensive USB Bluetooth jack . Overall I am very happy and satisfied with this product. Oh, and the fact that this game comes preinstalled with Windows 10 Pro is huge (++++++++) as I didn't want the basic Windows 10 Home that everyone else has on their computers. .
