Review on Peripera by Doug Friedman

The entire experience of shopping at the Peripera online store was a source of headaches for me. Their website was a complete and utter disaster, in stark contrast to the beautiful product packaging and high-quality formulations they offered. It was a chore to navigate through the different categories, and when I eventually found what I was looking for, the process of checking out was fraught with errors. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to voice my concerns, the customer service department was unhelpful and condescending. Despite the fact that I am a huge fan of Peripera's products, I won't be returning to purchase at their online store any time soon.
