One of these, open, I put in the stove body right after the filter and it really cleaned the air without leaving a strong smell. There is a very light pleasant aroma. My house is fine. 2500 feet, 2 floors and it fits the bill perfectly. I got rid of those slight smells that I can't track. Oh damn, having a very sensitive sense of smell. Especially during the holiday season when there might be boxes lying around. They tend to give off a slightly unpleasant odor when the windows are closed for the winter. The same goes for boxes in the summer when it gets warm inside or the windows are closed to use the air conditioning.
