Review on Tulle Princess Girls' Layered Skirt - Ideal Clothing for Skirts & Skorts by Heather Davis

This is the toughest and most spiky tulle I have ever seen. We have many other tulle skirts and dresses that feel buttery soft compared to this fabric. I don't think my daughter will ever wear this. It was washed once and air dried. This didn't improve the stiffness of the tulle and now it sticks out everywhere and doesn't lay flat, at least not in the way tulle is expected to. I am disappointed in the misleading reviews for this product!
