For some reason, communication with the owner/manufacture is unavailable, so I'm compelled to write this review. With the exception of one important feature this item is as advertised.Unfortunately the exception is critical to any phone. The sound quality is an terrible to the point that it's useless. In my case I purchase 2 new Samsung S5 phones, 1 for my wife and 1 for me. Naturally I also purchase 2 phone case .The trouble became immediate, my wife's sound phone quality was terrible. Mine was fine bur hers' was bad. We suspected it was her phone not the case so we took it in to Verizon and complained about the phone. They troubleshooted it and told us to try it out and see if it was better. If not come back again. Well after several more weeks we did and again they tried to help. Verizon then suspected it was the case and they were right because days later my phone started acting up. We removed both case it our phone sound quality works fine.I could see one phone case be bad but two. With that said you are taking your chances buying this product.
