Now I'm really happy about a call to work. I spend most of my workday on my phone, and most of my time is spent waiting. I usually just put the phone on the table and turn on the speakerphone so I don't have to wait with my head to the side. It is with cautious optimism that I bought this headset so I can continue to work (ambidextrous) and make calls at the same time. I'm not disappointed. The call quality is excellent. I can hear my conversation partners well and they can hear me well too. If I want to receive a call from a regular handset, no problem. Just pick up the phone. My phone has a dedicated jack for this headset so I don't have to switch back and forth. It also has a headset button, so I just press that button and the call is answered through that headset. I only have 2 small "claims". 1st is the headband. It's a bit big for my head even on the smallest setting. Second, the end of the bandage that rests on my head often gets caught in my hair when I take it off. It takes a bit of getting used to, but not an impediment to using the headset. Includes replacement microphone cover and speaker cover. Excellent quality and recommended.
