QUALITY POT SS FOR SOUS VIDE
High quality stainless steel pot [IP insert]. If you've ever rated large SS pots, they're going to be very expensive, so I think $30 is very reasonable. It is well finished with large clearly marked [stamped] liter/cup gauges as well as standard IP [1/2 and Max] ratings. Internal dimensions: 11" ID, 6 1/2" deep; External dimensions: rim outer diameter 12" x 6 3/4" to the top of the rim. I can't confirm how well it matches 10qt IP as I've been able to use it with my sous vide machine and it's exactly what I needed. I am delighted with this pot and can recommend it.
