Useful tool for Customer Success Managers

The best thing about Augmentt is its ability to provide insights into how our users are using our software. It also allows us to see what features they use and how often they use them. It's easy to navigate through the dashboard and find exactly what you want. There isn't much that I dislike about this product.

We have been able to improve our customer experience by giving them more information about how they're using our software. They can now take advantage of features that they may not know they were missing.

Easy to follow analytics
Great for tracking usage metrics without having too many issues with integration or server downtime.
Dashboard design makes it very user friendly!
Very helpful in figuring out which new feature needs further development/optimization, etc
