Augmentt - Good Solution For Small Businesses

The dashboard view of all cloud applications in one place makes it easy for us to find what we need quickly. It's not as powerful or customizable as some other solutions out there but they are working hard on improving that functionality over time. I would recommend this product if you're looking for something more simple than another enterprise-level solution like RightScale or Pusher. Pros
  • Very intuitive interface
  • Easy navigation through apps/dashboard pages, even when using multiple monitors
  • Great support team! They've been really helpful throughout our implementation process.
  • Dashboarding capabilities make managing resources across several systems very straight forward especially useful since most people only know how their specific area works at best :)
Cons
  • Somewhat limited API options available compared sayto competitors suchas rightscale.
  • Lackluster reporting features

Augment is truly invaluable to our daily operations

The ability for us as an organization with no IT department or support staff in house was able use this software without any problems at all! There are many features I like about it that made my job so easy but one of them has been its price point which makes me sad because you can't really afford not having something up if your business grows quickly enough - we were using nothing before other then excel spreadsheets/pivot tables ourselves (we have very limited tech resources). Useful tool for Customer Success Managers

The best thing about Augmentt is its ability to provide insights into how our users are using our software. It also allows us to see what features they use and how often they use them. It's easy to navigate through the dashboard and find exactly what you want. There isn't much that I dislike about this product. We have been able to improve our customer experience by giving them more information about how they're using our software. They can now take advantage of features that they may not know
