Not dark blue? Looks more like anthracite. The quality is a bit lacking. I ordered US: 10-1/2 and the size fit as expected. I have several Clark boots, they seem a bit pricey for casual shoes. They just arrived today, let's try them and continue rating for comfort. See the attached photos for a comparison of the navy blue dress and hat.
