Can't get it to work. Customer service doesn't help

I've been trying to set this up for hours. It was easy to connect to my Macbook, but no matter what I do, no matter what settings I change, the printer blinks green. I contacted customer service many times and they never replied. Really sucks because now I can't go back and use it.
