Tender, not hot enough (broke TWO)
Came with a glass lid that detached from the plastic base. I reattached it with super glue and used it for 2 days. The coffee doesn't keep hot enough, just a little warm. They sent me a replacement which came the same way - the glass lid is separate from the plastic base. I will not try this model again.
