I have been using this system for about 3 years now at my current job as well as another previous employer that used it before me. The ability to track inventory levels has helped us identify areas where there may be issues in order fulfillment or production scheduling/planning. This also helps provide insight so that managers are able to make decisions regarding any necessary adjustments to improve efficiencies (e.g., reallocating resources). It does not always give accurate information though if one were looking just at numbers alone without understanding how those numbers relate specifically to other metrics within an organization like time spent working overtime vs actual hours worked etc. Overall, great tool but sometimes difficult to determine accuracy. Tracking inventory, solving problems associated with shortages & overstocking, increasing efficiency by being more efficient in terms of both manpower costs / labor expenses while still providing quality service.
