. The monitor is fairly short, allowing you to move your hand only to the top of the back of your head, but it may not be tall enough for you to be comfortable at eye level. I'm 5'11" and had to put a 3" piece of wood between the edge of the bracket and the table to even out the height of the back of my head. Also, it's a solid product that easily holds my 28 inch Samsung.
