The same thing happened to me and I bit the bullet and called support (we all hate talking to people on the phone don't we?) You have states that the DIMMER on the wall panel is NOT enabled at the factory. WHY? Who the hell knows. It seems the logic was left out when they were created. Better still, there is no information on how to activate it online or on their own website. Another great logic. To activate it. Press the up and down arrows on the wall control for 5 seconds and this SHOULD activate the dimmer on the wall control. Next to. so 4 stars. But the remote control gets 1/5 (unfortunately no 0 available)
