I want to like this device but I can't. The reviews on YouTube were amazingly positive, so I bought it. The price was very affordable. It has excellent sound quality if only the earbuds would stay firmly in my ears. I almost lost one of the buds several times, but luckily it didn't fall down the drain. I contacted customer service only to be told that I should replace the ear "tags" (?) with smaller ones. I've tried changing to different sizes but they won't stay in my ear.
