Review on Prime Wire Cable EC481630 Extension by Jason Graham

At the time of publication there was only one review for this extension cord. Unfortunately, the previous reviewer did not understand the nature of this product and hence only gave it 1 star. I attached a comment to this previous review asking for clarification from the reviewer, but he or she seems reluctant to do so. Here's what I told this reviewer and what other potential buyers should know about this particular extension cord: This cord should not have a ground wire. The picture and description of the Revain clearly shows that it is a 16/2 cable, meaning there are only two 16 gauge wires inside. You can't have a third "pin" without a third wire, right? You would use such a cord to start a small electric lawn mower and other electric lawn mowers. In fact, you can use it to power any device up to 15 amps that doesn't come with a grounding plug. Note that you would normally use this in a secure GFCI chain.
