This is an updated version of a previous review (see below). The company actively contacted me and wanted to know what happened. After I explained it, they apologized and offered me a new bag. I'm happy because I really like the form factor and usage pattern of this bag. It's perfect for trips - they have pockets for goodies, keys, phone etc. Hope this lasts a long time. Old review: I've had this product for about 5 months now and I'm very happy with it. It's pretty much as advertised except for the durability. I rarely use the zippered back pocket, and when I do I just stuff extra poo bags in there. The other day I put my sunglasses in my pocket and they fell out. When I checked there was a big gaping hole down there. This is very bad because it can be a very useful bag, especially on long walks.
