Only used it last night. The directions are a bit difficult for me to see, but I figured it out after some experimentation. When I first turned it on, it was really strong. I hadn't the faintest idea about that as the recommendations didn't make any sense, but you can change the setting without turning it on by just pressing the sun button. I love the different prompts and normal mode was fine for me, but I got wet as my mouth is small and I had to keep turning it off to let the water out. Gosh it works great though, it makes my mouth a lot more spotless than just brushing my teeth and because I have a durable retainer on the bottom of my teeth it helps me get where it can't have one get normal thread. in. However, I would dictate doing this with your mouth open over the sink so the water doesn't spill everywhere. There's a lot of power for such a small floss. I generally find it helpful for getting each of your teeth done, you should definitely do it. Can be especially useful if you have some regions that normally receive food and you really want to get rid of them. Great charging deal, not too loud, incredible for on the go.
