No problems out of the box, I'm very happy with it. Magnetic base on top of metal tool box for GP: IC-2370a 44w at 2m at 1.03 IC-2370a 56w at 70cm at 1.79 IC-2370a 59w at 70cm at 1.87 AT-778uv 20w at 462 at 1.0 MTX275 9W at 467 at 1.0 All radios tested at maximum power: Icom @ 50W Anytone @ 25W Midland @ 15W with a cheap Chinese meter) it's pretty good LESS than 50 watts at 440, yrmv . Also, I should note (because we have to now days) that I'm not suggesting that it matters on GMRS, it's just that it didn't kill any radios on that frequency lol I think another reviewer mentioned that it works great for them for that matter. I'm using black 32" NMOs with 6dB spring and 3dB Ghost NMOs for the 462/467, but once I get my hands on the Nano I'll be experimenting.
