Review on 🍞 Univen Bread Machine Kneading Paddle - Compatible with Cuisinart BK-100 and CBK-200 Bread Machines by Terry West

I needed to replace the paddle on my Cuisinart CBK-100. I accidentally threw away the original and based my purchase on the reviews and many said it was better than the original. I have not found this to apply to my car. I've been making pizza dough or bread loaves every week for a year using the same recipes, I've made four attempts with a Univen spatula, and they all resulted in sticky dough and dense bread. I ended up ordering the spatula which is listed as an actual part of the Cuisinart and when I received it I could see the difference. Univen (left and top of the pictures) stands almost upright and mixes ingredients, but doesn't knead the dough into a ball. The Cuisinart replacement is tilted forward and kneads the dough better. The Univen spatula is good quality and might be good for making quick breads, but if you're making dough or yeast bread I wouldn't recommend it.
