Flip and recess screws on the same mounting plate.
The quality of the product exceeded expectations. The only problem was the panel that attaches the item to the wall. Both plates were the same and one had to be flipped over to align the holes. I flipped the panel over and drilled a hole larger than the hole to allow for the screws to countersink and attach to the wall. This is a very important step for the correct installation of the product.
