Due to the price I didn't expect much from this necklace. However, the bell is actually very well made and has a good weight. The call is not loud and is very soothing. It comes with two cords, a long one that you tie together during pregnancy and a shorter, more durable cord that zips up after birth. I prefer the umbilical cord after birth as it is thicker and braided. However, I would prefer a stronger cord after birth, and I find it safer to have a less durable cord when hanging lower. I feel like it was made to break, not suffocate me. I hope my baby loves it as much as I do.
