Review on 👸 Princess Perfect: Flower Girls' Tutu Skirts and Lace Tops in Candy Colors for Birthday Parties by Jennifer Hartley

I was so excited to receive this skirt in the mail. However, when attaching the lining, the manufacturer used a straight stitch. Therefore, the rubber band is in a fixed position - it does not stretch at all! The lining also appears to be very narrow compared to the tulle which prevents it from twisting as much as a 6 year old would like. It doesn't really affect the rating here, it's just sad. I am generally very disappointed.
