This product does exactly what it says! In fact, I was very pleasantly surprised. I love this product. Even the little folded sheet has useful tips for raising oxygen saturation level. It has a lanyard that is detachable with a little clip. A nice surprise. The little case is quality too. I bought this to reduce blood pressure by increasing blood O2 levels. So, needed to find out what my baseline was at rest. So accuracy was important. I needed to check if 100% was accurate. My fit daughter, at rest was 99 and deep breathing it went to 100%. All good and majorly impressed.
