got this to try and use on a windows 10 pc. So when it arrived (bought it new from amazon) it was in the gray packaging instead of the box , no manuals , nothing like a driver download page, nothing. I thought it was cheap so it probably helped keep costs down. (One of the competitors I looked at before getting this one was packaged in a clear hard plastic sleeve on the outside, but it looked more like OEM packaging, a plain gray plastic bag, no company logo). So I plugged it into the USB port and nothing on the same computer.
