I bought this cable lock for college to secure my laptop to a desk. It is used almost every day and works very well. This is definitely not the most reliable, it pulls out of the USB port with a very sharp tug. However, in most situations, this will ensure the security of the laptop. The cable is pretty flimsy and can easily be cut, but I'm not overly concerned about that. In terms of use, this lock is very easy to lock and unlock, much easier than the Kensington lock I use on my other laptop. The key fits snugly and provides a secure click when unlocked. Blocking is also very easy and it's pretty easy to figure out which way is the right one. Overall this is a decent laptop lock that is very easy to use but could be a lot more secure.
