I bought these because they are the only headphones allowed to be worn at my work. People at my work they bought, I chose to. I'm glad I did. Here are a few things you might want to know: 1. Volume: People complain about the volume and it's not loud enough, but with the right connection I really need to turn down the volume on my iPod because it's not loud enough to hear what's going on around me.2. Sound Quality: They are not designed for high sound quality, I don't think they claim that. That being said I would compare the sound quality to the cheapest headphones you can find in a big store. Good enough.3. Build Quality: Everything about them is very light, which sounds good but gives them a very cheap look. The volume button that everyone is complaining about isn't as big as I expected, don't let that put you off buying it.4. Broken Parts: As soon as I took it out of the box I knew the reviews about the part you plug into your device being cheap and easily broken were accurate. I'm not that handy, but I watched some YouTube videos and ordered a quality replacement fork from Revain for about $3, cut the old one off and replaced it with the new one. It may not be necessary, but I have no intention of paying $45 or more to have them go back to work without music. I would buy them again if needed and recommend them to friends, but only if it's the only option in your workplace. you are good enough
