I've been using this dock for a few months now and it's working great. It connects/disconnects easily and many ports work as expected. It comes with a massive 170W power adapter, which is great for desktop use. I've used it with a dual-screen monitor setup, which allows you to continue using the laptop's built-in monitor as a third screen. My only suggestion for Lenovo is to drill some screw holes in the bottom of the device so you can screw it to the table for security. You can connect a laptop to a dock, but what's the point if you can't connect the dock to anything?
